Pirates Tower

Dont have any good photos yet, as I was going snorkeling and left the camera at home.
This Tower is around 60 feet tall and is also called The Victoria Tower.
The actual purpose was actually a stairway to the beach from the house above. Looking inside the tower one can see that the metal stairway has long since corroded beyond safe use, and the tower is now locked up.
In the 1940's the house and tower was sold to Retired Navy Officer Harold Kendrick, the story is he would dress as a pirate and hide coins in the tower for local children. This would explain the name Pirates Tower
